LAYR WEBSITE DESIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a website design package from Layr, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your project and begin work.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before the final website is delivered or transferred.

• Work will not commence until the initial payment is received.

2. Project Start & Requirements

• After receiving your deposit, you will receive a project intake form requesting:

• Full name & business title

• Business name (if applicable)

• Contact information (email, phone, social links)

• Logo and brand assets (if available)

• Any desired photos or headshots

• A list of services you offer

• Example websites you like or want us to take inspiration from

• Any preferred colors, fonts, design direction, and number of pages with titles

• Physical address (if applicable)

• The project timeline begins once all requested materials have been submitted.

3. Revisions

• All packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on your selected plan.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges and extend the delivery timeline.

4. Timeline

• Turnaround time is typically 1–2 weeks, depending on scope and client responsiveness.

• Delays in providing required information may delay delivery.

5. Ownership & Access

• Upon full payment, the completed website is yours. All access and ownership will be transferred to the client.

• Layr retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Cancellation

• If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.

• If Layr is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

7. Legal

• Layr is not responsible for any legal claims, content copyright issues, or misuse of your website after delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted materials are owned or properly licensed.
